Event Description

This fun one-day program offers high school students a unique opportunity to connect with others who were adopted and participate in:

  •  Thoughtful workshops exploring: thoughts about adoption, identity as an adoptee, feelings about birth parents, and peer and social issues
  • Participation in a service project related to adoption, and community service credits will be arranged; program attendees will be offered the opportunity to participate in additional service projects (and earn credits) throughout the school year
  • Fun indoor and outdoor (weather-permitting) activities

All activities are led by professional staff who were themselves adopted or have personal experience with adoption.
