Event Description

This experiential workshop is designed to teach participants how to assess their personal resilience, create an actionable self-care plan and provide resources on protective self-care skills.

Our presenter Paulette Baldwin, LCSW-C, CEAP - is a licensed clinical social worker and certified employee assistance provider with 20 years of varied clinical experience. In addition to her MSW, she is a graduate of the Washington School of Psychiatry. After a defining personal experience of professional burnout, she developed a keen interest in the field of resilience and self-care. This led to her developing a series of self-care and resilience workshops aimed at helping professionals such as social workers, nurses, clergy, coaches, therapists and doctors.  In her down time, Paulette enjoys singing, reading, TV marathons, meditating, traveling to sunny destinations and spending time laughing with her friends and family.
